Best Inversion Tables DEALS
If you’ve got aches and pains, especially in your back, an inversion table could help. Used by doctors, physiotherapists, osteopaths, and chiropractors, inversion tables reverse gravity to take pressure off your spine. It’s not just the bones of your spine that get relief from inversion table therapy, but your intervertebral discs and ligaments too.
Sitting and standing all day causes your intervertebral discs to compress. This can put pressure on the nerves in your back, causing pain to radiate throughout your lower back and even down your legs. The best inversion table will allow you to completely deload your spine, providing gentle but rapid back pain relief.
In addition, body inverters, as these devices are sometimes known, can help reduce stress and increase circulation. Just 10-15 minutes per day can have a profound effect on how you feel and function.
In these inversion table reviews, we test and compare 12 of the top-rated inversion tables so that you can choose the right one for you.

Bottom Line
If you’ve got back pain, and your doctor says it’s okay, an inversion table may provide you with some much-needed relief. But which inversion table is right for you?
If you intend to spend most of your time steeply or fully inverted, a smooth table is probably best. There won’t be much pressure on the backrest, and so you don’t need one that is heavily padded. But, if you expect to use shallower inversion angles most the time, a padded and even contoured memory foam backrest may be best.
For more severe back pain, as well as stress and muscle tension relief, inversion tables with heat and massage pads can be beneficial. Ideally, these pads should be removable as you may want to use them even when you aren’t on your inversion table.
Will you set up and leave your inversion table in place, or do you want to be able to fold it and put it away? Some tables are light and easy to store while others are not. Make sure you differentiate before buying.
Finally, consider the price of your prospective purchase. Cheaper inversion tables might appeal to your pocket, but more expensive ones may be more comfortable to use. Make sure you weigh up functionality against the cost. Cheaper is not always better.
